Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a skilled Data Visualization Expert to join our analytics and digital transformation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building insightful dashboards, custom apps, and automated workflows that empower business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports using advanced DAX and data modeling techniques.
  • Create and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business operations and improve user experience.
  • Automate workflows and approvals with Power Automate to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions that meet their needs.
  • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, Excel, and Azure services to create seamless workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize the performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Exposure to Azure services and APIs (REST/JSON) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI certification is a big plus.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
