Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure regular communication and effective query resolution.
  • Analyze client data, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions in collaboration with experts.
  • Prepare and present reports on project outcomes, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Perform process mining to standardize business processes and identify areas for optimization.
  • Identify training needs and arrange for talent development to enhance team capabilities.
  • Participate in client strategic planning to drive business growth and development.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and implement required strategies with the help of the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in business consulting or business analysis.
  • Knowledge of process mining and process standardization.
  • Desirable: ERP (SAP) knowledge, project management, program management, and managing accounts across industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in current state analysis, system strategy development, and support procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to recommend solutions considering client requirements and demonstrate a team-oriented approach.
  • Experience in controlling area implementation, S4 HANA, asset accounting, and integration with material management.
