Job Title: Digital Marketing ExecutiveRole & Responsibilities:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns from start to finish. This includes campaign planning, creative development, media buying, and performance tracking.

  • Develop and execute annual digital marketing calendars in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Establish benchmarks for digital marketing campaigns and inform on micro-targeting and personalization strategies.
  • Design campaign briefs for agencies and drive a KPI-driven approach in all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and monitor the overall output of these partnerships.

Agency Collaboration:

  • Work closely with external agencies to provide feedback on campaign strategies, assets, and performance.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are executed as per agreed timelines, quality standards, and objectives.

Approval Management:

  • Oversee the approval process for all digital assets, ensuring that all necessary sign-offs are obtained on time.
  • Communicate feedback promptly to agencies and stakeholders.

Quick Turnaround & Timely Deliverables:

  • Maintain an efficient workflow by ensuring that all assets and campaign materials are reviewed and approved quickly.
  • Ensure that all campaigns launch without delays or setbacks.

Brand & E-commerce Shoots:

  • Coordinate brand and e-commerce shoots to capture high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all content aligns with marketing strategies and is ready for campaign use.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and measure the performance of campaigns once live, providing insights and data to inform future strategies.
  • Share regular updates with internal teams and stakeholders.
