About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and configuration of GRC modules, including EthicsPoint, PolicyTech, and RiskRate. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather compliance requirements and translate them into platform configurations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure NAVEX GRC modules to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of GRC-related projects.
  • Provide user training and support onboarding for NAVEX tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with NAVEX support.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for compliance metrics and incident tracking.
Azure DevOps Boards Expertise
  • Create and manage work items in ADO Boards, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks.
  • Track sprint progress, backlog grooming, and release planning.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with agile best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field.
  • Good experience with GRC platforms (NAVEX preferred) and agile project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of compliance workflows, risk management, and incident reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards and agile methodologies.
