As a Senior Quality Assurance Professional, you play a vital role in driving product excellence. Your expertise enables the team to elevate quality to new heights.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will create and maintain functional test cases, system & integration test cases, and test artifacts that support the software development lifecycle.
  • Your task is to execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionalities, code quality, and report test results while adhering to formal test architectures and project processes.
  • You are responsible for tracking and analyzing metrics such as velocity, code quality, defect density across all phases, code review metrics, and testing metrics for each sprint.
  • You must document test results, including expected behavior, actual behavior, and detailed steps to reproduce defects.
  • Provide quality sign-off to project teams and execute testing duties assigned.
  • Configure QA performance/load test design and execution to ensure high-performance software environments under load.
  • Integrate client usage and feedback into test scripts to mimic end-user behavior in QA.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of application testing experience are necessary.
  • Experience with use case generation, manual testing, and bug lifecycle management is essential.
  • An understanding of relational database models (relational/document-based) and experience working with GUI tools to interact with them (working knowledge of SQL) are needed.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with using bug tracking and test case management tools (JIRA, Azure TFS, Git) is desired.
  • Experience testing and working with multi-browser and mobile device systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Strong analysis and autonomous problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in C#, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Playwright, Selenium, SoapUI is desired.
