Job Title: RME Management Specialist

The RME Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and driving process improvements to enhance site efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment management, supervisory roles, and Lean methodologies.

About the Role:

  • Ensure effective equipment maintenance and repair programs are in place.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance routines.
  • Manage day-to-day issues on equipment with operations teams.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and 3rd-party facilities service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma holder (Engineer preferred) with equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in e-commerce/manufacturing sector in a maintenance and equipment technical management role.
  • Significant impactful experience in similar roles, ideally in fast-paced industrial environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sense of ownership and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to summarize and communicate important data.
