The role of an Assistant Manager involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix low-code platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Applications
    • Utilize the Mendix low-code platform to create scalable applications that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
    • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Integrate Applications
    • Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Implement UI/UX Best Practices
    • Apply UI/UX best practices for responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Perform Unit Testing and Debugging
    • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure application quality.
Qualifications:
  • Education
    • Hold a BSc, BE, BTech, or MCA degree.
  • Mendix Experience
    • Possess 2-4 years of experience in Mendix development.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of Microflows and Nanoflows for business logic and user interactions.
    • Domain Models for data structure and relationships.
    • Page Design for building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
    • Security and Access Rules for user role management.
    • Custom Widgets and JavaScript Actions for advanced UI features.
    • Experience with Mendix Studio Pro and version control tools.
    • Experience integrating Mendix with third-party services and APIs.
    • Proficiency in Asp.net, ReactJs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus.
    • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL or Postgres SQL.
    • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
