Job Title: Enterprise Appian Developer

Are you a skilled professional seeking a challenging opportunity in BPM development? Look no further We are looking for an experienced and motivated Appian Developer to join our team of experts in building enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and Develop Scalable Applications
Our ideal candidate will design and develop scalable Appian BPM applications with modular architecture, ensuring seamless integration with external systems. They will build and configure key Appian components, including Records, Reports, Sites, News Feeds, Process Models, and SAIL Interfaces.

Collaborate with Teams
The successful candidate will participate in solution design, code reviews, unit testing, and application deployment. They will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

System Integrations
They will develop and consume REST/SOAP web services for system integrations, creating and maintaining reusable templates, smart services, CDTs, and plug-ins. Additionally, they will troubleshoot production issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Best Practices and Coding Standards
Our team adheres to Appian and enterprise development best practices and coding standards. The successful candidate must maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and configurations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Discipline
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Strong IT Experience
They should have at least 5 years of total IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Appian BPM development. Appian L1 Certification is mandatory.

Additional Requirements
The successful candidate should be familiar with Agile delivery practices and SDLC methodologies. Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE for Appian plug-in development or integration is a plus. Understanding of relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL is also required.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CI/CD Tools
Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and deployment pipelines is desirable. Exposure to Appian L2 Certification or in progress is also preferred. Understanding of Appian DevOps, automated testing frameworks, or cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) is beneficial.

Enterprise Architecture
Understanding of Enterprise Architecture, API Management, or Microservices is good to have.
