Job Description:

  • Raise non-conforming (NC) items to production in case of process deviations.
  • Ensure shot blast time and quality of shot as per Work Instructions (WI).
  • Monitor processes as per control plans/WI.
  • Ensure calibration of all equipment used in relevant departments.
  • Identify and ensure traceability in all processing areas.
  • Carry out process audits in all departments.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions related to process audits/ deviations.
  • Autority to stop sand supply to moulding if any quality issues identified.
  • Review rejections and initiate corrective actions.
  • Carry out process audits.
  • Ensure NC & CAR to production in case of process deviations.
  • Ensure usage of correct tools and equipment for moulding.
  • Prepare reports to management regarding department performance.
  • FOLLOW UP OF TRIAL/SAMPLE BATCH UPTO MACHINING & RECORD THE RESULTS RELATED TO QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS.
  • Identify and provide required training to all Process Quality Department persons.
  • Initiate/implement continual improvement plans related to Process Quality.
  • Ensure SOP, Skill Matrix and Work Instruction are followed during working.
  • Identify process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in process quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
