Key Role: Relationship Executive

This role is focused on leading client-facing initiatives and ensuring a seamless experience for potential and existing clients. As the primary point of contact, you will provide timely and accurate responses across multiple channels, guiding new leads through enrolment and re-enrolment processes while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide clear information about our health transformation programs.
  • Guide new leads through the enrolment process and coordinate with internal coaching teams.
  • Maintain and update client data using CRM tools.
  • Support clients with after-enrolment needs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep clients informed about process changes.
  • Conduct analysis to improve client experience and retention.
  • Achieve monthly client conversion targets and contribute to business growth.
