We are seeking a highly skilled Infor Global HR/Lawson system expert to provide technical expertise in implementation and configuration.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Infor S3 Global HR modules including Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety, Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation.

  • Implement and configure Infor S3 Global HR modules including Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety, Performance, Goals, Succession, Compensation
  • Troubleshoot configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions and interfaces
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design system solutions and integrate with existing infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11 and Mingle 12
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for client projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-10 years of experience in Infor Global HR/Lawson
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's in human resource management desirable
  • Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation project including requirement gathering, business analysis, designing the system, system configuration, integration, testing and AMS
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in configuration errors, database errors, job failures, extensions and interfaces
  • Experience in version Infor HCM CloudSuite v11.0.1, Mingle 11 and Mingle 12 an advantage
  • Experience in working with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration of extensions and integrations an added advantage
