Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Support Analyst. In this role, you will provide technical support for various non-clinical systems, including HVAC, facilities work order management, key management, risk/feedback reporting, security incident reporting, class tracking, and membership management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Technical Support: Offer expert-level support for one or more non-clinical systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Customer Interaction and Requirement Gathering: Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather requirements for application testing and validation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of IT experience required.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential.
  • Experience in customer interaction, requirement gathering, and application testing/validation necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with applications such as Compete, Keystone/SimpleK, MD Staff, Omnigo, RL6/Converge, TMS (Accruent), or Trane/TracerEnsemble is a must.
