Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand project requirements, identify test scenarios, and develop automation scripts.
  • Execute automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.
  • Identify and report defects using bug tracking tools, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure changes or updates do not introduce new issues.
  • Collaborate with development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing clear and concise information about test results and defects.
  • Continuously enhance and optimize automated test suites to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Participate in test plan and test case reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS, IT, ETC) or Post Graduate Degree in Computer Applications (MCA).
  • Proven experience of 4+ years as an Automation Tester or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or Cucumber.
  • Experience in designing and developing automation test scripts using scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and their implementation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively communicate test results and issues to the development team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
