Job Title: Automation Systems Specialist

About the Role:

  • Lead the integration of automation devices into production lines.
  • Develop guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols.

Responsibilities:

Main Duties
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams.
  • Train and mentor service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems.
  • Collaborate with international experts and stay updated on latest technologies.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and support.

Requirements:

Skill Set
  • Strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration.
  • Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to lead a distributed team.
  • Fluency in English; Hindi & additional language knowledge is an added advantage.
