Job Title: Localization Project Director

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to lead global expansion initiatives as a Localization Project Director.

This role will oversee localization projects, leveraging TMS tools (Smartling and XTM) and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and localization vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Manage localization requests and projects across product UI, documentation, and support content.
  • Define scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and business priorities.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in localization project management or a related role, hands-on experience with Smartling and XTM, and a strong understanding of TMS, translation workflows, translation memories, and terminology management.

Key qualities include excellent organizational and project management skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience managing external localization vendors.
