Quality Assurance Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance professional to drive our software quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in QA, with experience in application, data, and API testing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust QA processes including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks early in the development process.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of QA experience
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and use of automated testing software (Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Playwright, Cucumber, TestRails, Selenium)
  • Good understanding of Web-based technology architecture and data structure
  • Strong database skills (SQL)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
