Key Mechanical Design Position

This pivotal role involves shaping the future of mechanical design by conceptualizing and developing innovative designs based on client requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cutting-edge mechanical concepts to meet project objectives.
  • Lead concept design phases, transforming ideas into detailed 3D models using advanced CAD software.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, including stress analysis, material selection, and cost estimation, to ensure designs are viable and meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are practical and efficiently produced.
  • Generate high-quality engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Perform regular design reviews, assess potential design risks, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Provide expert technical support during prototype development and participate in testing and validation.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5-12 years of experience in mechanical design with emphasis on concept design.
  • Proficiency in advanced CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in performing FEA and other simulation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all design work.
  • Effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in the textile machinery industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
