As a seasoned professional in Investment Banking Operations, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and building capacity to scale. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of trade settlements, cash settlements, commodity settlements, loan syndication, billing, and brokerage operations.

The role requires the ability to monitor and capture data from various global functional teams across clients, identify discrepancies, and propose optimal solutions using logical and systematic methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include independently handling client calls, establishing oneself as a valued partner, escalating issues to internal managers, building domain expertise, and leading from the front. A good understanding of finance industry dynamics, special focus on capital markets and derivatives, is required.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in handling teams of minimum 25 members
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects
  • Knowledge of offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred
