Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive community engagement specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across social platforms, fostering authentic relationships and ensuring a positive and engaging brand presence.

This is a full-time role that requires strong community engagement and online reputation management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement:
    • Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
    • Foster a helpful, friendly, and interactive online community by starting conversations, answering queries, and acknowledging feedback.
    • Monitor customer reviews and user sentiment across social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and more.
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM):
    • Track brand mentions, address concerns, and mitigate negative feedback with empathy and professionalism.
    • Flag high-priority issues or feedback to internal teams for quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring & Insights:
    • Track and analyze conversations, sentiment, and engagement trends related to the brand and industry.
    • Prepare regular reports summarizing community activity, engagement metrics, and ORM insights.

We are looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in community management, social media, or online reputation roles. Excellent written communication skills, deep familiarity with social media platforms, and proficiency with ORM tools are essential.
