Job Description

As the Digital Presence Manager, you will oversee the external and internal web platforms of a global procurement organization. This includes managing the public website, collaboration tools like SharePoint, and ensuring content is up-to-date and user experiences are intuitive.

This role requires strong editorial and content structuring skills, with an eye for clarity, consistency, and usability. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver effective communications.

Some key responsibilities include governing the publishing process, prioritizing, coordinating, and overseeing all content updates.

You will champion a consistent, user-friendly experience across sites, translating stakeholder input into well-structured content briefs or page layouts, and guiding contributors to ensure messaging is relevant and on-brand.

Liaising with the Liferay team to brief backend changes or enhancements, monitoring usage and engagement via analytics, and using insights to inform continuous improvement is also part of this role.
