Program Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee internal and external communication for our organization.

This role involves developing and implementing effective corporate and external communication strategies, managing internal communications through collaboration with various teams, researching, writing, and editing content for emails, newsletters, org website, infographics, social media, etc., planning and initiating communication initiatives for org events, maintaining knowledge of company policies, brand guidelines, and style guide, working with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas aligned with organizational goals, assisting in communication from leadership, and serving as a facilitator and providing solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a communications specialist for internal and external communication, experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms, solid understanding of project management principles, meticulous attention to detail, excellent knowledge of MS Office, excellent communication (oral and written) skills, outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams, and works well under pressure and meets timelines. Additionally, the candidate should possess a BSc/BA in public relations, communications or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities
