We seek a dedicated quality leader to oversee and maintain high visual standards for our 3D products. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a lasting impact on product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive process improvements. Experience with project management, leadership, and data analysis is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve existing workflows and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement new technologies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and checklists
  • Provide training and support to junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer
  • Regularly audit and report on quality metrics and progress towards goals
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality management or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading projects and driving results-oriented initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or business administration
