Lead Digital Designer

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating high-fidelity UI assets, layouts, icons, and component libraries for digital interfaces.
  • Ensuring all designs adhere to best practices in usability, visual hierarchy, contrast, and accessibility.
  • Collaborating to implement consistent branding across products.
  • Working closely with developers to ensure accurate and smooth design implementation.
  • Coordinating with UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into visual solutions.
  • Building and maintaining scalable design systems, documentation, and style guides.
  • Reviewing and iterating on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability data.
  • Staying informed about the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Participating in critiques and contributing to elevating overall team craft.

Requirements include:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing web or app UI, visual design, and consistency across interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • A solid grasp of color, typography, layout, spacing, and iconography.
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present rationale for visual choices.
  • The ability to collaborate across disciplines and balance multiple projects.
