About the Role

PokketCFO is a multidisciplinary accounting and CFO services firm led by a team of Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, and Company Secretaries. We manage everything from bookkeeping and compliances to audit, taxation, legal agreements, and CFO services.

We are now expanding our Audit & Taxation department and seeking an accomplished Chartered Accountant to join our core team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
  • Review and finalize financial statements as per accounting standards.
  • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies efficiently.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients effectively.
  • Guide junior team members and interns in their professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure quality and timely delivery of client requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – newly qualified or up to 3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of audit procedures, tax laws, GST, and income tax provisions.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, or other accounting platforms.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven professional who wants to grow with the organization.
