Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned identity and access management professional to spearhead strategic IAM initiatives for a leading financial services organization.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments for critical infrastructure.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide vision to identify security gaps, define innovative solutions, and recommend improvements across IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and related security domains.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior executives and technical teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • End-to-End IAM Governance: Oversee comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide technical teams to build best-in-class IAM practices across global delivery centers, fostering innovation and best practices.
  • Technology Innovation: Evaluate, integrate, and implement modern IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks to maintain cutting-edge security posture.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead continuous improvements within enterprise IAM programs.

About the Role: This is a mission-critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, thought leadership, and strategic vision. As a Senior IAM Lead, you will be responsible for driving IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation across large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
