Job Role Overview

The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in the design team's success by preparing mechanical components 2D drawing and 3D modeling. Their responsibilities will include creating bills of material, managing documentation according to ISO 9004:2015, and maintaining good technical knowledge. A suitable candidate will have experience working with submersible pumpset industries.

  • Develop Assembly & Part Drawing + 3D Model for New Product Development.
  • Create Bills of Material (BOMs) and Maintain ISO Documents.
  • Modify existing designs based on manufacturing and sourcing team requirements.
  • Prepare Design & Drawing of New Product Development/Reverse Engineering Activities of Submersible Pump Set.
  • Compare product costs with other brands and conduct Material of Construction (MOC) analysis.
  • Develop and implement design standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
  • Manage and work on all ISO 9001:2015 related design documents.
  • Train Production / Assembly / Quality Assurance personnel as required on approved manufacturing, test, and inspection procedures.
  • Resolve process and product-related issues to support the manufacturing and sourcing team in completing dispatch orders.
  • Address customer complaints to resolve within a specified timeframe.
  • Prepare internal and external written correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Auto CAD 2D & Solid Works/Siemens NX (Unigraphics)
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office
