Software Development Specialist Role

The Software Development Specialist is accountable for creating and implementing software solutions using advanced coding languages like Python and React.

They work as part of a dynamic team, applying their expertise to develop complex software projects that meet market requirements.

They should be familiar with AI tools and how to integrate them into daily workflows.

  • Develop high-level and low-level designs for given sets of functional requirements as marketable features or use cases.
  • Has a strong command of the primary product technology.
  • Follows best practices for coding and software development.
  • Assists colleagues with design reviews, code reviews, implementation, and information about existing implementations.
  • Expert in one or more modules of the product.
  • Has a good understanding of core modules of secondary products.
  • Knowledge of AI and how to incorporate it into work streams for productivity gains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
