Treasury and Cash Manager

Job Summary:

  • Manage daily cash flow across various project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and optimize fund utilization by capitalizing on liquidity opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Key Functions:
  • Cash Flow Management: Facilitate issuance of Capital Expenditure Letters of Credit (Capex LCs), manage Buyer's Credit / Supplier's Credit arrangements, and ensure timely interest and principal repayments for project loans.
  • Investment and Risk Management: Manage surplus funds by investing in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits, as well as ensuring proper records of advance and Performance Bank Guarantee (BG) received from Vendors/BG issued to third parties.
  • Treasury Operations: Ensure treasury accounting entries on a daily basis, manage forex hedging activities, and related bank documentation, lead Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance for all bank accounts, drive digital initiatives, and maintain strong working relationships with banks.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly Treasury Management Information System (MIS), including reports on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures, and support new project financing activities and Loan documentation.

Requirements:

  • Treasury Expertise: Strong understanding of treasury management principles and practices, proven experience in managing cash flows, investments, and banking relationships.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
