Project Execution Specialist

The role of Project Execution Specialist plays a pivotal part in the success of our projects.

  • Review of Client Drawings: The incumbent is responsible for reviewing drawings received from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Scope of Work Computation: Computation of scope of work (tonnage, inch diameter, square meters etc.) from drawings is a key responsibility.
  • MTO Check: The Project Execution Specialist shall check MTO for the scope of work from drawings and materials received at the yard.
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Planning and scheduling project targets on daily, weekly, and monthly basis is essential.
  • ITP Review: Reviewing ITP and following the requirements is a critical task.
  • Purchase Requisition: Preparing purchase requisition for procurement of MTO is also a key responsibility.
  • Vendor Proposal Review: Reviewing proposals received from vendors for specs and quantity is important.
  • Materials Management: Maintaining materials control chart and reconciliation if material is free-issued by client is necessary.
  • Manpower and Equipment Management: Handling manpower and tools/equipment at site is also a part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
  • Additional Qualifications: Diploma in Piping Engineering and Design is preferable.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Excel.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Auto Cad and ASNT Level II Qualifications in RT/UT/MPI and LPT are necessary.
