This is a challenging role for an experienced professional with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce.com configurations and expertise in designing and executing end-to-end deployment strategies.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Expert functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Advanced understanding of Sales Cloud Process or Service Cloud Process or Marketing cloud Processes
- Proven deployment expertise
- Desirable Skills:
- Proficient branching strategies using Git hub or Bit bucket or any version controlling tool
- In-depth Salesforce Admin knowledge
- Hands-on experience with Change set or ANT migration or Copado or Jenkins or other tools
The ideal candidate will have strong practical deployment expertise, experience working with Agile development processes, and excellent communication, technical, and virtual collaboration skills. They should also be able to work with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.
Responsibilities include working with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations, and ensuring that all deployments are successful and meet code coverage criteria.
