Job Overview

  • Create engaging design concepts from initial brainstorming to final execution, based on client briefs.
  • Design social media content, brand identity elements, campaign visuals, and marketing materials for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while ensuring fresh and captivating communication.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams for seamless project execution.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time, meeting client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (design background preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a digital/creative/advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social campaigns, and digital-first design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • A good understanding of design principles, typography, and layouts.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working with teams and clients, and open to constructive feedback.
