About the Role

We are seeking a Business Risk Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in creating the first line of defense for Revolut Private Bank.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and be able to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks, taking our risk management procedures to the next level.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, document, and review risks in our Private Bank
  • Control Design: Design, implement, and test controls
  • Procedure Development: Develop and test key procedures
  • Risk Indicator Creation: Create and review key risk indicators
  • Risk Event Management: Register risk events, manage, and deliver risk incident reports

The successful candidate will have a solid track record of achievement, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly assume responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 degree from a top university
  • 6+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management (must have)
  • Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls (implementation and testing)
  • Previous examples of practically interpreting and organizing complex data
  • A solid track record of achievement, having won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)
  • The ability to quickly assume responsibilities
  • An organized and methodical approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
