Job Title: Trade and/or Transaction Analyst

Role Description
  • The PB Lending Operations team is part of Wealth management Operations, responsible for Loan Payments, receivables, Invoice Generations, Auto debit setup, Loan reporting, Collateral bookings and reconciliations for Private clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. You will be preparing daily activity sheets, processing repricing, rollover, interest, principal paydown, MFFs etc in the Loan IQ system.
  2. Managing email boxes and processing funding requests on already set up loans in the system.
  3. Setting up new deals in the Loan IQ system and working on amendment requests.
  4. Generating outstanding Invoices, Fund Transfers, Reconciliation of Accruals vs Outstanding Payments of lending business.
  5. Sharing Invoices with Clients over emails or mails.
  6. Adjusting Interest rates in Deposit accounts when required.
  7. Preparing automated and manual reports on outstanding Documents and sharing with business.
  8. Tracking outstanding documents on loan accounts. Following up with business for submission.
  9. Identifying business risks and reporting them to respective stakeholders.
  10. Preparing action plans to mitigate risks and closing outstanding risk items within deadlines.
  11. Handling Audit requirements by explaining processes and providing documents.
  12. Training new staff and keeping documents updated to process and Audit requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in Lending Operations is necessary.
  • Working hands-on knowledge of the Loan IQ application is mandatory.
  • Understanding U.S.-based Lending products is essential.
  • Self-starters with significant ability to undertake initiatives are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills, and fluency in Microsoft Office are required.
  • Futuristic and innovative approaches will be expected.
  • Ability and willingness to work in night shifts are a must.
