As a Technical Architect, you will lead the integration of IBM Maximo with our cloud-native mobile/web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to architect, design, and implement secure and scalable API-based integrations to enable seamless interoperability between Maximo and our SaaS products.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and hands-on experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). You should possess strong architectural design skills, including the ability to define integration patterns and frameworks leveraging REST APIs, SOAP services, and middleware where required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design IBM Maximo integrations with our SaaS products, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration workflows.
  • Map business processes and data models to our SaaS product workflows (Work Orders, Assets, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).
  • Establish API governance, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, API Keys), and data synchronization strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance to development and QA teams on best practices for Maximo API utilization and error handling.
  • Conduct technical workshops with customers and internal teams to validate requirements and deliver technical design documents.
