About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Test Specialist to join our Enterprise Testing Services CoE team at Novo Nordisk. As a Senior IT Test Specialist_TOSCA Test Manager, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end testing activities for TOSCA Test Automation, including planning, defect management, and review of test scripts/flows created in business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end testing activities for TOSCA Test Automation, including planning, defect management, and review of test scripts/flows created in business applications.
  • Lead a team of TOSCA test specialists and deliver high-quality services to meet business expectations.
  • Analyze and verify the best automated test approaches and test cases, organize and monitor defect management processes, handle changes, and conduct regression tests.
  • Work closely with the Validation Responsible to ensure compliant delivery of test artefacts and prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the achievement of project goals and manage multiple concurrent tasks while being flexible.
  • Participate in PI Planning and other Agile ceremonies to plan, retrospect, and flag project risks and challenges as relevant.
  • Contribute to the optimization of work processes within the team and continuously maintain, develop, and improve service catalogue.
  • Perform stakeholder management as a part of delivering services involving multiple stakeholders and perform effort estimation for the projects and define resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in working in a service-based organization/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in test management and service management.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, compliance requirements, and supported business processes and experience in vendor management and user training.
  • Must have experience in working as a senior in TOSCA automation.
  • Must have hands-on experience in TOSCA API, DI (Data Integrity) & ETL jobs and developing test methods from engineering specifications.
  • Strong understanding of SAP/S4HANA Logistic, finance, and other modules like PD, PS, PM, and MM business modules.
  • Experience in stakeholder management involving multiple stakeholders with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background, and personality.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
  • Experience in engineering operations, including designing, constructing, testing, and operating equipment and ability to interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills to isolate issues found in testing.
