Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
- Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities.
- Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, and payroll for the Indian entity.
- Coordinate with internal teams for AP and Taxes related activities.
- Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in a timely manner.
- Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc.
- Manage the FAR (Fixed Asset register) and reconcile it with the books of accounts.
- Review vendor ledgers and aging on a monthly basis.
- Prepare cash flow projections.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control.
- Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- CA certification is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.
- Experience in start-ups that have achieved scale, working in technology-enabled spaces is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal and external teams.
- Knowledge of IndAS/IFRS is a must.
- Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ERP environments (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) will be an added plus.
