Job Overview

A highly experienced professional is sought to ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor master data. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve procurement goals and driving process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

About the Role

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that vendor master data is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal controls and global procurement standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills in English, as well as experience working with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end vendor master data maintenance across multiple regions
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and internal audit standards
  • Supporting integration projects (e.g., mergers, system migrations)
  • Handling duplicate vendor resolution and TIN matching

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Vendor onboarding and lifecycle management expertise
  • Strong proficiency in SAP systems (ECC, MDG, or S/4HANA)
  • Data quality management and cleansing skills
  • Knowledge of P2P processes and procurement best practices
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills in English
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
