Job Title: Master Data Governance SpecialistJob Overview:

The role of Master Data Governance Specialist plays a vital part in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the organization. As a key member of the data governance team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality master data attributes.

  • Create and maintain master data attributes to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate adherence to master data policies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop standard procedures and training materials to support the master data management process.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and training as needed to enhance team knowledge and skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with master data policies.
  • Perform regular validation and corrections to ensure data standardization.
  • Apply best practices for mass data updates to ensure data integrity.
  • Support the development of new processes or implementations across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant experience.
  • 3 years of experience in data management and analysis or related fields.
  • Prior knowledge of SAP Item Master Data Management is a plus.
  • Experience with computer system validation and testing is an advantage.
  • Experience working with ERP Master Data Add, Changes, Deletes is highly desirable.
