  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Manage peers and team members, including clients, team members, and external partners, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are managed.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, and that financial targets are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that quality assurance processes are followed.
  • Compliance: Ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
