Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to create engaging animations and graphics that enhance various multimedia projects. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing visual ideas that align with project objectives and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that meet project goals and client expectations.
  • Design and produce high-quality visuals for various mediums, including videos, presentations, advertisements, and social media content.
  • Utilize industry-standard software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender to create dynamic visual elements.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity throughout all projects.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and address any concerns or challenges that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Blender, and/or other relevant animation tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling animations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that all designs meet high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
