Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC programs for various machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write CNC programs for a variety of machines (e.g., sawjet, CNC polisher, mills, lathes).
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
  • Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.
  • Perform first-article inspections and support production with technical expertise.
  • Maintain documentation and program archives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering graduate with B.Tech Mech preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (2-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks).
  • Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
  • Familiarity with various materials (e.g., metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
