Job Title:Dynamic Holiday Tour CoordinatorJob Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in coordinating holiday tour packages for clients. As a key member, you will be responsible for planning and executing trips that cater to client requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Organizing and preparing customized holiday tour packages that meet client expectations
    • Ensuring all aspects of a trip are managed efficiently and providing exceptional customer service
    • Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communication
    • Staying updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and regulations
    • Advising clients on destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities
    • Collecting payments, booking travel arrangements, and paying applicable fees
    • Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in the tourism industry
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
