Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our human resources team.

This role requires a passionate individual with strong expertise in Indian labor laws, policy implementation, and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective HR policies, managing end-to-end recruitment, and driving culture-building initiatives across multiple regions.

About the Role:

  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment processes for various roles.
  • Design and run initiatives that build a strong, inclusive company culture.

Key Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including exposure to Indian labor laws, policy drafting, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Additional Skills:

  • Certification in labor law, HR analytics, or employee relations.
  • Experience in L&D or training industry (helpful to understand business context).
