Senior IT Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the company's functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure within the company's functions area.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-12 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a corporate or group functions environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications) are preferred.
