Transaction Advisory Role

This is a senior role that focuses on transaction delivery and project management. As a professional in this field, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and complete deliverables.

  • Develop high-quality work by coordinating with transaction teams to support on-ground development of projects.
  • Gain a deep understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing.
  • Analyze complex financial models to identify key business drivers and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis.
  • Prepare reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Client Interaction and Relationship Management:

  • Engage with client teams to understand their requirements and respond to changing needs and priorities under guidance of team lead.
  • Support the team in designing and developing solutions to address clients' needs and requirements.

Business Development and Growth Opportunities:

  • Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, analyze data, and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities.
  • Support responding to proposals requested by potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Full-Time MBA in Finance from premier B-Schools.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory only.
  • Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working.
  • Strong Financial Modelling Acumen.
