**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled engineer with hands-on experience in designing and developing embedded Non-Volatile Memory (e NVM) Bitcells. This specialized role involves working on the smallest circuits that store data in memory arrays.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of transistor-level design, device physics, reliability, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM). Experience in bitcell layout/design for e NVM/Flash/MRAM/EEPROM is also essential.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Designing and developing e NVM Bitcells, including Flash, MRAM, RRAM, and EEPROM.
  • Collaborating with device and circuit engineers to ensure reliability, yield, and performance at advanced technology nodes.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Electronics, VLSI, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Engineering from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institution.
  • 5–12 years of experience in semiconductor memory design.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing e NVM Bitcells.
  • Strong understanding of transistor-level design, device physics, reliability, and DFM.
