Job Title: Personnel Coordinator

Job Summary:

This role supports the Human Resources team in various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in business management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain accurate employee records and databases.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintenance of employee records and databases for efficient HR services
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
  • Providing assistance with benefits administration, including enrollment and termination processes

In addition, this position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
