**Responsibilities**:
Acting as contact points for all govt. authority/agency/organizational personnel to get us approved where our products are used and get Vendor Approved Certificate.
Keeping lists of all govt. authority/agency/organizational agencies or personnel.
Identifying processes of getting us approved with different govt. authorities/agency, providing them all required documents, timely follow up, and full fill their requirements.
Identifying problems, building strategy, finding out solutions what stops us to proceed with govt. authority/agency/organizational agencies or personnel.
Collect Performance Certificates from existing customers, making a file of all documents required by the authorities/consultants and present them.
The liaison officer will support strategic partnerships by providing top-quality advice, facilitating effective knowledge management, and providing technical assistance to project planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting in any collaboration.
Making contacts with people outside of their area of responsibility, both inside their organization and outside in the world at large.
Accountability:
Achievement of annual targeted liaisons.
Responsible for supporting Sales Coordinator for providing data related to approvals.
Responsible for generating and managing existing relations.
Responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, monthly reports & meetings as assigned
Authority:
PJP for month to be shared for all territory with Director, Visits can be planned as business exigency.
Quote pricing to prospective clients/dealer to the level as assigned through policy.
Requisite Skills:
Excellent skills in influencing people and officers of govt. departments
Written and Verbal Communication
MS office
Open to initiate conversations on different level in different departments.
Must be open to travel at least 20 days a month.
Prospecting
Client relationship building, negotiating, convincing
**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
