Job Title: Quality Analyst for AML/KYC Process

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced quality assurance specialist to support our Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Know Your Customer (KYC) operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality control within the BFSI domain, specifically in compliance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of AML/KYC cases to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Identify process gaps and provide constructive feedback to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
  • Participate in calibration sessions with internal teams and client-side quality stakeholders
  • Assist in updating quality control checklists and SOPs as per evolving guidelines
  • Support new hire training and refresher training sessions related to compliance quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; Commerce/Finance preferred
  • 4–8 years of total experience in BPO or financial services environment
  • Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Quality Analyst in AML/KYC process
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
  • Proficient in quality audit tools, MS Excel, and report generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills

Work Conditions:

  • Location: Alwar
  • Shifts: As per business requirements
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
