As a pivotal figure in our operations group, you will spearhead and oversee a team of 15-20 members to drive productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition. Your responsibilities include regular coaching and support to team members, reviewing processes for improvements, identifying training needs, and monitoring performance metrics.

We are seeking an experienced professional with prior experience in handling international processes, team management, and supervision. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and analytical abilities, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, and be able to maintain AHT levels as per targets across tenure buckets. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual looking to take on a leadership role, we encourage your application.

Key Responsibilities:
